Duties and Responsibilities
As our new Senior C# Developer, you are responsible for:
Adding and engineering new features and supporting releases

Maintenance of the desktop and mobile applications as a native clients

Adapting the user interface and experience to the Windows 8 desktop and phone platform

Improvement of the client communication with the existing high-scalability and high-performance server environment

Defining and implementing cross-platform tests with the other native applications (iOS, Android, BB and Web)
Requirements

University Degree in Computer Science, or relevant experience

Minimum 3 years of developing experience with high-scalability and high-performance server environment

Minimum 1 year of experience in development of successful commercial Windows desktop or phone application

Advance knowledge of WPF / C# / XAML and .NET framework

Experience in developing WPF / XAML desktop user interface (minimum 1 year)

Desire to learn Windows 8 Metro user interface development and new WinRT API

Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure and take responsibility

Ability to independently find solutions to challenges

Optional knowledge in iOS or Android platforms

Duties and Responsibilities
As a Data Scientist within our team, you will have the ultimate responsibility for creation of our ranker engine. You will be in charge for development of advertising targeting algorithm and app/site performance reports within our big data analytics and ads serving product. We are looking for someone who thinks outside the box, has experience in big data, business intelligence, data mining or similar, and is motivated self-starter who is able to develop ranker engine from concept to completion.

As Data Scientist, you will be responsible for:
Creation and development of ranker engine

Development of advertising targeting algorithm for ads serving

Adjustments of current framework, testing, optimization and verification

Continuous on-going analysis and modification of the advertising targeting algorithm

Complement of requirements for app/site usage and campaign performance reports

Providing suggestions for improvements of overall company business information ecosystem

We are proud to announce our participation in the first employee satisfaction research in Serbia. The aim of the study is to recognize and reward companies who take best care of their employees and to recognize the weak spots of Human resource management in Serbia and work on their improvement.

The research is conducted through anonymous questionnaires filled in by employees, online or by filling printed surveys delivered to employees by Infostud at agreed time.
